To help people on-board and seamlessly adopt Flowrev, Flowrev allows service start dates even in periods that may have been closed in QuickBooks, and schedules can be created in those periods too.   This gives users the ability to generate accurate recognition schedules utilizing the proper service contract dates.

If a user syncs a schedule for a month that has been closed in QuickBooks, Flowrev will receive and report an error message from QuickBooks saying that the sync did not complete because the period is closed.  The user can open this period again, sync from Flowrev then close it again.
