Multiple users, with their own Flowrev account, can each have access to an organization loaded from their accounting system into Flowrev.

The first Flowrev user to authorize and connect a new/unique organization gets administrator, that is read-write, access to the organization.  This user will be able to map/change accounts, set item parameters, invoice service dates, generate the recognition schedule and sync.

Subsequent users who authorize Flowrev with the same organization in the accounting system will get view only (read-only) access.  This is to prevent users from inadvertently overwriting each other's work.

Optionally, subsequent users can be given limited privileges - e.g. only the ability to set item recognition parameters and invoice service dates. Or full admin privileges too.
