The full schedule data can be downloaded in columnar format from the Revenue and Costs page.

To download revenue schedule data, on the Revenue page click the download icon which is above the "Total" label/column. Schedule data from all transactions dated in the full fiscal year selected will be downloaded to a CSV file when you confirm the download.

Tip: download data across multiple fiscal years (up to five) together by navigating to the first fiscal year with schedules (select that fiscal year for Date and Update). And on the download confirmation page, select the number of subsequent years to download together. Beyond five years, the separately downloaded data can be merged using external tools such as Excel. Merged data across all fiscal years with schedules will help create a comprehensive report using the process below.

To use the data, in Excel, create a pivot table using the "Transaction... " fields (the last few columns in the export) to recreate the revenue table on the Revenue page, and then add drill down fields e.g. invoice numbers etc. to create a revenue waterfall or other custom reports.

Pivot table fields:

Column fields
  Transaction month-year

Row fields
 Transaction

DATA FIELD:
Transaction line amount (Field setting: Sum. Number format: Currency)

Ensure the Transaction field value order is:
Sales
Deferred
Recognized
and hide/remove the "Review RevRec" and "Forecast" (if exported) field values.

These steps will recreate the summary table shown on the Revenue page in Flowrev, and more i.e. the months beyond the fiscal year into which the recognition schedule for invoice lines spans.

To the above summary table add the invoice number, or contact to the row fields to see the data per invoice or per customer/contact. If only contact is added, all invoices for that customer for that fiscal period will show in that row. The schedules can be easily validated using this data to ensure that for each invoice the full amount deferred (if the invoice line is mapped to a revenue class account) is being recognized over time.

Move the Transaction type to the page filters area and select specific items (e.g. Transaction: Recognized) to view only those elements of the schedule.

If there are deferral reversals and/or recognition reversals, add Transaction Type to row fields and use the Transaction option/field value of (Deferred, Recognized), which will include the Transaction Types of (Deferrals, Deferrals Reversals) and (Recognition, Recognition Reversals) respectively.

If there are any repeating invoices, and the export was done with the forecast option checked, use the automatically generated and exported forecast (which shows on the Org > Repeating Inv page) to create a seamless view of revenue (or costs) bridging between what has been billed (invoice schedules) and what is pending invoicing (booked) in the future according to the repeating invoice dates.
